My reflections on how I had been beating my addictions and other dependencies. I had many:

• icq (and other computer instant messengers) addiction
• beer (alcohol) addiction
• social media addictions: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit
• iPhone (smartphone) addiction (before it was ‘cool’)
• marijuana addiction
• Telegram (and other smartphone instant messengers) addiction
• sex addiction
