Why I left While it was an interesting experience, dealing with constant bugs was tough. After gaining experience as a QA, I switched to a developer role within the same company.

Why I left Changes in top management led many colleagues to leave for TBWA and other companies. I realized that the people you work with are more important than the company’s name, office, or clients.

In 2015, I wasn’t paid for several projects despite repeated excuses of the management. I eventually stopped working until payment was made, but it never was. Never work with Russians.

What I learned I learned Ukrainian, explored Ukraine’s culture and history, and figured out how to manage a business across the country. I also supported less tech-savvy staff and handled communication with the American Government and NATO due to my fluency in English.
Why I left When the full-scale war started on February 24, 2022, our goals became unattainable. We focused on supporting the military, so I had to pause our original software development plans.

I re-shaped the whole stack of growing greens, re-organised how the communication with clients is handled, the greens are grown, the delivery process is organised, the facility is cleaned, the people are organised and communicate over their shared tasks.
What I learned This job opportunity was like no other in my life, I was involved in a very different business, having no central digital piece, but an organic product to sell and deliver. I’m writing about it in my blog, follow the tag ‘rostymo’.
Why I’m leaving? While I still continue with some company operations, there’s no more work for me for the upcoming future. I met all of the goals, and learned many things along the way. Time to move on to my next great opportunity.
