That means, I’m in the process of either writing it, or transferring it from other medium (and improving it along the way).
I placed it here, so I could build a structure and refer to it in my other story, I’ve written already. Stay tuned, I’m updating it ASAP.
Drawing interfaces wasn’t as funny as making motion graphics. Since I had a great deal of programming experience in Adobe Flash, I decided to try myself in motion graphics with Flash.
First, I started with small advertising format, banners. Later, I’ve added video animation to my portfolio. Mostly in After Effects. Still, Flash was the primary tool of everything.
Macromedia#
It wasn’t my first experience working with Flash. I started working with Macromedia Flash since my middle school days.
I was inspired by some other cartoons I’ve seen online. I decided I’d like to learn how to do that myself. I started drawing funny cartoons with my school friends, which made me very experienced in classical animation in a while.
Adobe bought the company not too long ago.
These days I work in Adobe Flash CS4. However, I see mostly no difference to Adobe Flash CS3.
Fast forward 16 years, Flash long gone and renamed to Adobe Animate, and apart from the change of format (now it generates html+js files, and other formats too), it’s mostly the same. In a bad way the same. As if for 16 years Adobe stagnated and improved mostly nothing. I’m happy I’m not longer a user, even despite the fact I was exceptionally good with this software, and spent a great deal of my career working with it.
